Documents The four most important documents that help the CLMA Board run the Association include the CLMA Strategic Plan, the Association Bylaws, the CLMA Code of Ethics, and the Officer and Board Position Descriptions. CLMA's goal is to be transparent in all of its operations. Heightened public debate and increased regulatory scrutiny are causing more not-for-profit organizations to review their governance practices and internal accounting controls. CLMA has improved transparency and financial accountability through the adoption of several internal policies and procedures.
